The picture shows the beveled sections of two different rotors without shafts. The one on the left is made using our patented aluminum casting technology, while the one on the right is made using traditional aluminum casting technology. It can be seen from the picture that the aluminum filled in the rotor slot after using our patented aluminum casting technology (left) is very full, while compared with the traditional aluminum casting process (right), it can be seen that some pores appear. The fuller aluminum filling in the slot improves the quality of the cast aluminum, reduces the resistivity of the rotor winding, increases the motor speed, reduces the current, thereby improving efficiency, and making our products more competitive.
