YINJIA Pump's GW Series Non-Clogging Sewage Pumps represent a new generation of pipeline sewage pumps independently designed and developed by our company, building upon the foundation of the ISG pipeline centrifugal pump. They combine the advantages of vertical pipeline pumps for convenient installation and operation with the characteristics of WQ-type pumps, including non-clogging, anti-entanglement properties, and robust passage capacity. These products offer straightforward installation and usage, feature a rational structure, and are available in a diverse range of specifications.
USED CONDITONS
✔The sewage pump series is designed for operation at a rated voltage of 380V and a power supply frequency of 50Hz;
✔Medium temperature shall not exceed 99°C, medium density ≤1150 kg/m³, and pH value within the range of 5-9;
✔Ambient temperature shall not exceed 40°C, and altitude shall not exceed 1000 metres;
✔The viscosity of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 1000 cP;
✔The product is primarily constructed from cast iron and must not be used with highly corrosive media or media containing highly corrosive substances.
APPLICATIONS
The GW series clog-free pipeline sewage pumps are suitable for discharging heavily polluted industrial and commercial wastewater, residential sewage pumping stations, municipal sewage treatment plant drainage systems, civil defence drainage stations, water supply equipment in waterworks, suitable for conveying particulate-laden sewage and waste materials in hospitals, hotels, municipal construction sites, exploration operations, mining auxiliary machinery, rural biogas digesters, and agricultural irrigation. They may also handle clean water and weakly corrosive media.
